A TSA-approved lock allows airport security to unlock and inspect your luggage without damaging it. It’s the safest and most travel-friendly locking system.
Unfortunately, TSA locks do not come with a master reset unless opened by TSA authorities. If forgotten, you may need assistance from our service team or a certified locksmith.
If your Luggsterz product is damaged by airline or transport handlers, we recommend reporting it immediately at the airline’s baggage claim counter before leaving the airport. Most airlines cover such damages.
